O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 4.

2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to respondents 5 to 7 is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner's counsel states that the layout approval has not been granted in respect of the petition-mentioned land till date. The petitioner has some objections to offer.

4. The second respondent shall consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.12.2023 before passing order thereon and before granting approval in respect of the petition-mentioned land. If the petitioner's objections are overruled, the petitioner will be informed about the same. Written and speaking order shall be passed and the petitioner shall also be communicated immediately with the copy of the same.

5. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. Passing of this direction will not in any way cast any cloud or aspersion on the rights of the private respondents herein.

6. With this direction to the second respondent, this writ petition stands disposed of. Of course this order will not have any effect if approval had already been granted. No costs.
