This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed in MP(MD) No.1/2011 in CRL.RC(MD)No.22/2011, dated 12.01.2011, directing the petitioner to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Srivillipudur, Virudhunagar District on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders. this court.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition above mentioned is relaxed in toto.
