ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, directing the second respondent to execute Witness Warrant dated 26.10.2017 against P.W.1 Kalaimani on the file of the C.C.No.131 of 2013 issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur in connection with Crime No.358 of 2010 on the file of the second respondent police. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that L.W.1 is present before the Trial Court on 25.05.2018. The learned Government Advocate has also produced 'B' Diary extract before this Court 3.On perusal of the 'B' Diary extract, it is seen that L.W.1 has appeared on the hearing date and examination of L.W.1 is closed and the bond executed by L.W.1 is cancelled.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has not disputed the fact.

5.In the light of the above, this Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
