Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as per the direction of this Court made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.19780 of 1/3
2023, dated 07.11.2023 enquiry was undertaken on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner. After enquiry, it was closed as a mistake of fact.
2. Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved, he can work out the remedy through appropriate process.
