ORDER

The petitioner, who, claiming to be an agreement holder with the respondent No.2, who is a borrower, has come forward to file this writ petition challenging the e-auction sale notice dated 02.02.2021, based upon the unregistered sale agreement dated 18.08.2016.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent No.1 submitted that the proposed auction scheduled to be held today (09.03.2021) do not take place, since there is no bidder.
