2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police 2nd and 4th Sunday of every month at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
