(MD) No. 22333 of 2015 dated 26.11.2015 on the file o f this Honourable Court and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S A.D.GANESHAMOORTHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.S.PRABHA Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.
2.According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.
3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner has to appear before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 AM i.e. On every Sunday until further orders.
