2. The prayer now sought for cannot be granted. The petitioner has availed loan from the respondent. The rights of the parties will be governed under the contract entered between the parties. The writ Court will not be justified in varying the terms of the contract or issuing any direction against the creditor Bank. The petitioner has to necessarily work out his rights in the manner known to law. This writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
