ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The writ on hand has been instituted to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representations, dated 19.10.2020, 10.08.2022 and 02.03.2023.

2.The relief as such sought for in the Writ Petition relates to the administrative affairs of the Department and therefore, the same cannot be entertained by the High Court. If any grievance exists, the petitioner has to approach the authorities concerned. However, merely directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation would do no service to the cause of justice.

3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
