Ref: High Court's Order ated 20/12/2021 in CMP(MD).No.6490 of 2018 in SA.SR.No.12531 of 2016.

------- The Conditional order has been passed by this court vide reference cited that the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) as costs to the Government Higher Secondary School, Y.Othakkadai, Madurai, bearing Account No.10968750674, towards costs, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.

I am to inform that the said conditional order of this court in the above reference, has not been complied with, within the time stipulated.
