This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying for a direction to the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.332 of 2013 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ilyangudi within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate that charge sheet stands filed and the same is yet to be taken on file, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the direction to concerned Magistrate to consider the charge sheet without any further delay.
