2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that there is no petition enquiry pending or FIR is pending before the respondent police and therefore, the alleged threat of arrest or harassment, as alleged by the petitioners herein is not true.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that the respondent police has threatened the petitioners and they have taken away the vehicles belongs to the first petitioner to the police station and they are harassing the petitioners herein under the guise of enquiry.

5.Considering the above facts, the respondent should not harass the petitioner whatsoever.
