No. 9543 of 2019 dated 22.04.2019 with regard to the timing of the Kabadi Tournament is going to be held in connection with 86th Aanandha Pandigai of CMS Suthanga Suvisasha Sabai at Ambalam, Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District as on 27.05.2019 to 28.05.2019 between 07.00 p.m to 06.00 a.m. instead of 6.00 a.m., to 9.00 a.m., in the morning and 4.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m in the evening of 27.05.2019 to 28.05.2019.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant permission and police protection to conduct Kabbadi Tournament scheduled to be taken place on 27.05.2019 to 28.05.2019 between 7.00 p.m. to 6.00 a.m. in connection with 86th Aanandha Pandigai of CMS Suthanga Suvisasha Sabai at Ambalam, Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District. ORDER:- Writ Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. R.PON KARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate for the respondents, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to modify the condition passed in W.P.(MD).No.9543 of 2019 dated 22.04.2019 with regard to the timing of the Kabadi Tournament is going to be held in connection with 86th https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Aanandha Pandigai of CMS Suthanga Suvisasha Sabai at Ambalam, Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District as on 27.05.2019 to 28.05.2019 between 07.00 pm to 06.00 a.m instead of 06.00 a.m to 09.00 a.m in the morning and 04.00 p.m to 10.00 p.m in the evening of 27.05.2019 to 28.05.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on 22.04.2019 this Court passed an order vide W.P.(MD).No.9543 of 2019 granting permission to conduct "Kabadi" from 06.00 am to 09.00 a.m. Further, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the instant W.M.P.(MD).No.9220 of 2019 has been filed seeking for a modification of the time granted i.e., the timing granted from 06.00 a.m to 09.00 a.m shall be modified from 07.00 pm to 06.00 a.m. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has no objection to allow this petition. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the time granted by this court in W.P.(MD).No.9543 of 2019 on 22.04.

2019 is modified to that effect that the petitioner is granted permission to conduct the "Kabadi" Tournament which is scheduled to be held in connection with 86th Aanandha Pandigai of CMS Suthanga Suvisasha Sabai at Ambalam, Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District from 27.05.2019 to 28.05.2019 between 07.00 pm and 06.00 a.m Accordingly, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
