ORDER
The petitioner alleges that the second respondent is harassing him in the guise of enquiry at the instance of the third respondent who is none other than his wife. He, therefore, wants this Court to restrain the second respondent from harassing him. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that so far, the respondents 1 and 2 have not received any complaint against the petitioner.
3.This submission is placed on record. It is further directed that if the second respondent intends to enquire the petitioner, the second respondent will send a formal summon to him. Likewise, if the petitioner is implicated in any FIR, the second respondent will notify the petitioner, so that, the petitioner will have breathing time to move this Court for appropriate relief. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4
