This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to set aside the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, in Crl.M.P.No.480 of 2015 dated 10.02.2015. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the State.

3. Taking note of the position that investigation stands almost completed and the petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by the court below for a long period, this Court sets aside the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, in Crl.M.P.No.480 of 2015 dated 10.02.2015 and directs the petitioner to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

4. This petition is ordered accordingly.
