Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) IPC in unknown crime Number of 2015 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.
2. On 13.01.2015, this Court has granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a direction to report before the respondent police for a period of two weeks.
3. Today, the respondent police is present and have reported that the petitioner has not complied with the orders of this Court.
4. In ordinary circumstances, this Court would have dismissed the anticipatory bail petition on the short ground that the petitioner had not chosen to comply with the order passed by this Court. But, in this case, the respondent police has filed a status report, wherein they have stated the have conducted an enquiry and action has been dropped.
