2.Today(22.03.2024), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, it is reported that as against the order passed in WP(MD) No.22702 of 2023 dated 26.09.2023, an appeal has been preferred, wherein, an order of interim stay was granted. 3.In view of the above, this contempt petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy on the outcome of the Writ appeal.
