ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to approve the appointment of one Tmt.P.Poun as Sweeper in the petitioner's school with effect from 15.02.2018 with all attandatn benefits by considering the petitioner's request dated 15.02.2018.

2.According to the petitioner, seeking approval of appointment made in their school, they made a proposal to the respondents and the same is kept pending, without there being any orders passed. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3.Heard both sides and perused the documents placed before this Court.

4.Though the prayer in this writ petition is to direct the 2nd respondent to approve the appointment, based on the proposal sent by the petitioner, a copy of such proposal is not available in the typed set of papers filed along with this writ petition. 5.Hence, the petitioner is permitted to submit a copy of the proposal to the 2nd respondent, which is said to be filed on 25.02.2018, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the 2nd respondent, in turn, is hereby directed to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks therefrom. 6.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
