O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.) This Habeus Corpus Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the petitioner's husband namely Karthi, S/o.Sethuran, aged about 33 years before this Court and set him at liberty

2. The detenu is the husband of the petitioner who is aged about 33 years and was missing from the house from 04.02.2026 onwards, therefore the petitioner lodged complaint.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submitted that the husband of the petitioner is a habitual offender and he is so far involved in ten cases. While being so, the fifth respondent arrested the husband of the petitioner and remanded to judicial custody in pursuance to the registration of the First Information Report in Crime No. 445 of 2025 on the file of the fifth respondent police. Therefore the husband of the petitioner is not under illegal detention of any one.
