This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 53 days in filing the above appeal against the award dated 12.02.2025 made in M.C.O.P.No.04 of 2023 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Sub Court, Sattur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and delay is condoned. Registry is directed to number the petition, if it is otherwise in order.

4. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.Muniyandi for respondent Nos.1 to 3 at the time of posting the appeal for admission.
