Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the second respondent to recover the vehicle i.e. Tipper lorry bearing Registration No.TN63AV-5995 involved in Crime No.72 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent herein from the accused persons and produce the same before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Tiruchirapalli within the stipulated time. This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to recover the vehicle i.e. Tipper lorry bearing Registration No.TN63AV-5995 involved in Crime No.72 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent herein from the accused persons and produce the same before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Tiruchirapalli within the stipulated time.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that a case has been registered in Crime No.72 of 2015 and the investigation is going on. He would further submit that appropriate steps would be taken to secure the recovery of the vehicle.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. It is made clear that the second respondent should make all endeavor to secure the vehicle at the earliest point of time.
