ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent. 2.The petitioner has availed vehicle loan from the third respondent. The petitioner has some grievances regarding the recovery measures taken by the third respondent. The petitioner has given a complaint before the first respondent. I consciously refrain from going into the merits of the controversy. The first respondent is called upon to dispose of the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law. The first respondent will obviously put the third respondent on notice before passing final order. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or the other. 3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
