O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to expedite investigation in Crime No.49 of 2017 and to file a final report within the period prescribed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on instructions submitted that the investigation is almost over and final report will be filed within two months.

4. Considering the nature of the case and the statement of the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side), this Court is inclined to pass the following direction:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

"The second respondent is directed to expedite the investigation in Crime No.49 of 2017 and to file final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
