************ [Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to remove the encroachment caused by the 6th to 9th respondents at Survey No.410 (Sub Division Survey No. 2/5

40), Government Poramboke land situated at Thethupatti Village, Aravakurichi Taluk, Karur District within stipulated time. 2.Heard Mr.M.Boopathipandiyan, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.T.Amjad Khan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted a letter dated 21.03.2024 addressed by the Revenue Tahsildar to the learned Government Advocate and submitted that the official respondents have advised the respondents 6 to 9 not to construct the temple in the aforesaid land based on the objection made by the villagers and they have also stopped the construction of the temple.
