The case in Crime No. 47 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent has been registered for the offences under Sections 355 and 506(i) of IPC.

Presently, a joint memo of compromise dated 30.03.2015 signed by the petitioner and the second respondent/de-facto complainant and also their respective Counsels informs that at the intervention and mediation by the members of both families, the parties were pacified and they have resolved the issues. Accepting the compromise, the proceedings in Crime No.47 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent shall stand quashed. The compromise memo shall form part of record.
