Respondents Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents herein to provide effective police protection to the petitioner to get electricity supply connection from the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board and to install the telecommunication electrical & electronics equipments, OFC Cable and its maintenance on the BTS transmission Tower situated at Trichirappalli District, Thiruverumbur Taluk, Navalpattu Village, bearing S.F.No.310/Part, in the sanctioned Plan No.111/88 and revised layout plan No.340/96 of Plot No.LIG-I-455, at S & Scheme at Navalpattu Phase - land.

The petitioner approaches this court seeking direction to the respondents to provide effective police protection to the petitioner to get electricity supply connection from the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board and to install the telecommunication electrical & electronics equipments, OFC Cable and its maintenance on the BTS transmission Tower situated at Trichirappalli District, Thiruverumbur Taluk, Navalpattu Village, bearing S.F.No.310/Part, in the sanctioned Plan No.111/88 and revised layout plan No.340/96 of Plot No.LIG-I-455, at S & Scheme at Navalpattu Phase - land.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. side) appearing for State. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this court directs the respondent police herein to consider the representation/complaint if any presented by the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and afford police protection in accordance with law at the cost of the petitioner.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
