ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 25.06.2015 and 04.10.2017 seeking to issue patta to the land in Survey Nos.52/1B, 52/1C situated at Palanichettipatti, Veerapandi Village, Theni Taluk and District within the period stipulated by this Court.

2.According to the petitioner, he has purchased a property in Survey Nos.52/1B, 52/1C situated at Palanichettipatti, Veerapandi Village, Theni Taluk from one Annamalai Chettiyar by means of registered sale deed. He has submitted an application dated 25.06.2015 seeking transfer of patta in his name. Since no order has been passed, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.Considering the fact that the application of the petitioner is pending from 2015, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.06.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to the rival parties, if any.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
