ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to survey and fix the boundary of the petitioner's land in Survey No.719/20 measuring to an extent of 45 ares situated at Pitchampatti Revenue Village, Karur Taluk and District by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 06.09.2017 within a stipulated time fixed by this Court. 2.According to the petitioner, he is the owner of a property in Survey No.719/20, Pitchampatti Revenue Village, Karur Taluk and District. The petitioner has submitted an application dated 04.12.2017 before the first respondent seeking to survey the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

land and fix boundaries. Since no action has been taken so far, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the petitioner only seeks to measure his land by fixing boundaries, the first respondent is directed to measure the property in question as per the revenue records, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to the interested parties, if any.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
