ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II (Fast Tract Court, Magistrate level), Madurai to execute the bailable warrant issued in S.T.C.No.306 of 2014 and to complete the trial on day today basis within a time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 3.This Court, earlier called for a report from the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II (Fast Tract Court, Magistrate level), Madurai, whether the bailable warrant issued by order dated 11.08.2017 was served on the second respondent or not. 4.The learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II (Fast Tract Court at Magistrate level), Madurai, has submitted that the Non Bailable Warrant pending against the accused was recalled under Section 70(2) of Cr.P.C.
