[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent Nos.1 to 5 to remove the encroachments made by the 6th respondent in S.F.No.145/1 of Duraiarasapuram Village, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukkottai District within a time frame by considering the petitioner representation dated 11.02.2021.

2.Heard Mr.K.Baalasundharam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.P.Krishnadass, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5. Though the sixth respondent is yet to be served, in the light of the order we propose to pass in the matter, notice to her is dispensed with. 3.From the letter of the Tahsildar, Aranthangi to the Inspector of Police, Aranthangi in Na.Ka.0894/2021/Aa3, dated 22.04.2021, it is seen that survey is to be conducted on 27.04.2021. In the light of the same, the authorities are directed to proceed with the survey and thereafter, pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

4.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
