PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to transfer all further investigation in Crime No.7 of 2014, dated 06.01.2014 pending on the file of the 6th respondent police to 7th respondent or to any other independent investigation agency. O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to transfer all further investigation in Crime No.7 of 2014, dated 06.01.2014 pending on the file of the 6th respondent police to 7th respondent or to any other independent investigation agency.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the case pertaining to Crime No.7 of 2014 has been transferred to the Alangulam Police Station. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

3.The aforesaid submission is recorded. However, the respondent police is directed to file the final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
