ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 3 to 5 to remove the encroachment made by the seventh respondent.

2. On perusal of the records, it appears that on receipt of the representation of the petitioner, action was initiated, including the notice sent by the fifth respondent dated 04.11.2020.

3. In view of the above, we direct the respondents 3 & 5, as the case maybe, to conclude the aforesaid proceedings and remove the encroachment, if any, by following due process of law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
