This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records and quash the FIR in Crime No.113 of 2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Maagupatti Police Station, Sivagangai District as against the petitioners herein.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed the final report in CNR.No.TNSV 0 20068662022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Sivagangai on 07.09.2022.
