"This Court directed the learned Judge, Special Court, Poonamallee to dispose of the case in Spl.C.C.No.7 of 2014 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Subsequently, based on the request of the Court below, time was extended. Now the learned trial Judge has sought for extension of time of six months.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated by the learned Judge, Special Court, Poonamallee and therefore, six months time is granted to dispose of the case in C.C.No.7 of 2014. "
