This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to set aside the order made in Cr.M.P.No.1043 of 2015 by the Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli dated 23.02.2015. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the State.

3. Taking note of the submission of learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) that but for receipt of chemical analysis report investigation in this case stands completed, the condition imposed in the order made in Cr.M.P.No.1043 of 2015 by the Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli dated 23.02.2015 is set aside and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required and before the concerned court upon summons.

4. This petition is ordered accordingly.
