This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.20173 of 2023, dated 09.11.2023, for paying a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the District Mineral Foundation Trust.

2. Mr.T. Lenin Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that due to financial crisis the petitioner could not able to mobilize the funds. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3. Heard Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the time is extended till 28.02.2025 to comply the order, dated 09.11.2023 passed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.20173 of 2023.
