ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 17 of TNK(RT) Order 1973 r/w 7(i)a(ii) of EC Act, 1955 in Crime No.28 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the respondent police conducted a search in the house of one Parimala (A1) and seized 1650 litres of white kerosene. In the confession statement of the arrested accused, the involvement of this petitioner in the offence has come to light.

4. There are two previous cases against this petitioner in Crime Nos.36 and 16 of 2015.

5. In view of the serious nature of allegation against this petitioner and also the fact that there are two previous cases against him, this Court is of the view that this is not a fit case to grant him anticipatory bail.
