Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider my representation dated 12/03/2018 and direct the respondents to issue appropriate orders to permanent my post of watchman with effect from 1994 and to grant arrears of salary from the year 1994 and other benefits to me as permanent post of watchman in accordance with law within stipulated time fixed by this Honourable Court.

Watchman in the third respondent / Society. It is his contention that the vacancies have now arisen for the post of Watchman. According to him, he is qualified to be appointed in the said post. He has already given representations in this regard. 4.The third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representations and pass appropriate orders on merits in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
