ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to take action against the fourth respondent based on the representation of the petitioner.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner confines the prayer https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.4310 of 2020 for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.12.2019.

3.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that the representation of the petitioner would be considered within the time limit fixed by this Court. 4.In view of the above, this Court without expressing anything on the merits of the writ petition, directs the the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.12.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.The writ petition is disposed of on the above terms. No costs.
