Side) appearing for the respondent. 2.The petitioners earlier filed Crl OP(MD)No.5733 of 2020 seeking anticipatory bail as they apprehended arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii)of I.P.C., in Crime No.674 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police. Vide order dated 08.06.
2020, I granted relief to the petitioners. However, the petitioners failed to surrender and execute the sureties. Therefore, the earlier order dated 08.06.2020 got itself worked out. Hence, this second anticipatory bail petition came to be filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
CRL OP(MD).No.3704 of 2021 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Theni and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with common surety for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C scrupulously.
4.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of four weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
