ORDER

This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court, specifically condition No.8(b) of the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.23119 of 2024, dated 20.01.2025.

2. Mr.S.Sathyachidambaram, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was unable to mobilize the funds. Hence, he prays to modify 1/3

condition No.8(b) of the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.23119 of 2024, dated 20.01.2025.

3. Heard Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also considering the request made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to extend the time to comply with the condition stated in Clause 8(b) of the order. Accordingly, time is extended to comply the order passed by this Court on or before 21.03.2025.
