This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that one Sathiyakeerthi has made a complaint before the second respondent that his daughter, viz., Elavarasi was missing and a case in Crime No.122 of 2018 has been registered for Woman Missing. Now, the said girl viz., Elavarasi was secured and therefore, the allegations made by the petitioner against the respondents are denied.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
