When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that even though there was an interim order dated 10.03.2023, thereafter, it was not extended and listed before this Court. He further submitted that final report in this case has been filed before the concerned Court and taken cognizance in C.C.No.379 of 2023. 2/4

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so, aggrieved. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
