Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.It appears that no representation has been received by any of the respondents sofar. The petitioner is permitted to give a fresh application / representation before the second respondent. The second respondent will forward the same to the Joint Director, School Education Department, Nungambakkam, Chennai through the jurisdictional Chief Educational Officer. The petitioner's request will be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks after it is received. 3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
