2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition for the relief stated supra.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that already enquiry is over and necessary report has been submitted by the Tahsildar and reasonable time may be granted to the second respondent to pass orders.

4.In the light of the above, we direct the second respondent to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's application for grant of community certificate, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
