ORDER

This contempt case has been filed complaining willful disobedience of the order dated 29.07.2024 in W.P.(MD)No.17570 of 2024.

2. While disposing the said writ petition, this Court directed the 2nd respondent therein to consider the representation to be submitted by the petitioner afresh after she joined at the transferred place as expeditiously as possible. In compliance of the said order, the petitioner joined at Tiruchendur on 12.09.2024 and thereafter, she has submitted a representation, dated 20.11.2024 as permitted by this Court in its order. Considering the said representation, the petitioner is transferred to his native district as per order, dated 27.03.2025.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that as the post of Pipeline Fitter Grade-II is not readily available at the place where the petitioner sought, the respondent took some time to accommodate the petitioner as per his request by transferring some other person from that

place to another place. Now, admittedly the petitioner also joined in the new place.

4. In view of the factual position in our considered view, no willful disobedience on the part of the respondent in this case. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is dismissed.
