O R D E R

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the complaint given by one Noorul Ansar, preliminary enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.311. For the above preliminary enquiry, the petitioner was directed to appear before the second respondent, the petitioner without appearing before the second respondent directly filed the present Criminal Original Petition.

3. Since the preliminary enquiry is pending against the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent for enquiry, on issuance of summons and during the enquiry, the second respondent should not harass the petitioner and the petitioner is also directed to co-operate with the second respondent in the enquiry.

4. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
