Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ or certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of impugned order passed by the 4th respondent in No.A2/9553/2011 dated 02.06.2011 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to give all benefits and arrears of salary to the pettioner of for with SSI cadre within stipulated time.

For non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 28.11.2013, passed in W.P(MD).No.17049 of 2012, this Contempt Petition is filed. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that a batch of writ petition was allowed along with the writ petition in W.P(MD).No.17049 of 2012. Subsequently, he came to know that the order passed in the batch of writ petitions was set aside, at the instance of the review application filed by the State in Review application Nos.70 to 79 of 2015 etc batch. As against the said order, the aggrieved persons have filed S.L.P before the Hon'ble Apex Court in S.L.P.Nos.24326-24335 of 2018. 3.In view of the above, this Court granted liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law, after the disposal of the S.L.P filed by the similarly placed persons. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed with the aforesaid liberty.
