Side) Prayer: To issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or direction directing the Respondent herein to issue the non traceable certificate for the lost of the sale deed dated 15.04.2005 registered with the SRO Thamaraipatti, as Document No.1547/2005 pursuant to the complaint dated 26.12.2025 on the file of the respondent police and for other consequential orders.
ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent herein to issue the non traceable certificate for the lost of the sale deed dated 15.04.2005 registered with the SRO Thamaraipatti, as Document No. 1/4
1547/2005 pursuant to the complaint dated 26.12.2025 on the file of the respondent police and for other consequential orders.
2. Considering the facts of the case, the petitioner is directed to produce relevant documents to the respondent police. On such submission, the respondent police is directed to consider the same and pass orders, as per law.
3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
