Prayer:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the directing the 1st respondent to take suitable action against the 2nd respondent in the light of the enquiry report of Additional Deputy Commissioner (Prohibition and Enforcement) Madurai City dated 22.02.2011 for having interfered with civil dispute and obtained blank cheques from the petitioner by force.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed, seeking a direction to the first respondent to take suitable action against the 2nd respondent, who said to have forcibly collected cheque books from the writ petitioner and handed over to other side in civil dispute. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that pursuant to the enquiry report, charge memo was issued and he has also ensured the same. 3.The said statement is recorded and a copy of the charge memo is also given to the writ petitioner. In such view of the matter, no further order is required in this petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
